University Heights (The Exchange) seemed a nice place in the beginning, but all they do is find ways to charge you for any possible problem. We first moved in and all noticed that we were feeling crappy, so we investigated and found that the air conditioners were full of mold. The apartments moved us next door and cleaned it out, then told us we could move back in. When we walked into the apartment there was still mold in the vents! It was ridiculous, so we stayed in the other apartment. The next apartment we moved in to was lacking all sorts of furniture, including a TV stand, and chairs for our table. When we went to ask about a damage report so we wouldn't get charged for the missing furniture, they said it wasn't necessary. When we moved out we received a letter claiming damages. Lo and behold, the missing furniture was listed on there at $80 dollars a piece and a mold stain caused by their leaking pipes was also charged to us. DO NOT trust these people! They will only screw you over, and not attempt to solve the issues.
