I have really enjoyed living here. Friendly neighbors , clean apt , decent rent. Shelba was the manager when I moved here and she was a really great one. This new manager is rude. She acts like she cares but you can tell she doesn't and makes you feel like your bothering her. Maintenance is good , but since new manager arrived they have been slow at repairing things. Other than that its a good place to live and easy access to IH-35.
