This place is horrible, do not live here under any circumstances. The complex is decrepid, and frankly very dangerous.
My apartment had several problems, but as the complex only had one handy man who was an alcoholic, he was never around to fix any of them. The entire year I lived there, the dishwasher never worked. The shower nozzle fell off with every shower. If anyone flushed a toilet in the BUILDING, you could get burned by hot water in the shower. The disposal never worked, and reeked of rotting food. The carpet was filty. The A/C, froze up consistently. The door had a foot hole from being kicked in by the previous resident, and took a month to be replaced when I moved in. The balcony rail was falling off, and if I would have leaned on it I swear I might have fallen over the side. My car window was smashed, and the radio was stolen. The apartment next to ours reeked of animal urine and poop, and the apartment managment did nothing about it. The manager was a pothead, and completely unfriendly and incompetent. I know he was a pothead because he asked me to get him some. And to top off the whole experience, for a grand finale, they ripped me off for my deposit. It was never sent to me, and when I tried to get it, I was avoided and ignored.
