I lived here 2 years and it seems like it gets progressively worse. When I got here it was all college kids and an all around good environment, now they just let ANYONE move in, its a TRUE ghetto and I guarantee you they dont do credit checks...cars get broken into the places look like crap, the pool was closed for almost a year. The workout room is the biggest piece of crap I have ever seen and the laundry room will destroy more of your clothes than it will clean. The ground floods in front of some apartments, the parking lot is so uneven its amazign someone got paid to even build it. The only good thing about this craphole is the relative location to the school...VERY CLOSE...and the bus stop is right next to us. The new management is much better than the first set, but they still dont seem like they are given much to work with by the owners. For the location, they could have really made this place great, but they didnt...---- em
