If you are a college student do not live here, this place is horrible. Where to start' The grounds are filled with trash. There are beer bottles and cigarette butts everywhere.

The people here are real class acts. The people living in the one bedroom next to me consisted of the entire dishwashing staff at Mamacitas (5 in all).

Management sucks. They do not get anything done. I've been without a fire extinguisher for over 9 months. I would be more persistant but I'm going to us it as leverage to get out of my lease earlier

The community washing machines will leave spots on your clothes. Not to mention you usually can't get one because there will be some lady using them all to wash clothes for her 12 kids.

Somebody's apartment burned down a couple of weeks ago because of ------ electrical wiring. Managment took the "Oh Well" approach. The fire marshall is constantly out here for complaints.

The lady who used to live upstairs across from me is currently sueing the complex becase the top of her stairs collapsed for no reason and she injured her back.

The foundation is horrible. If I leave my rolling chair in the center of the tile by the kitchen it will roll towards the wall.

Hot water often doesn't work.

Cars get broken into all the time. I'm afraid to park my car anywhere but directly under a street lamp.

Here's the best one:
I went to take out the trash one day and to my surprise there was a little Mexican boy inside the dumpster rummaging through the trash. I almost threw my garbage all over him. Luckily, I caught myself in time.

This place is plain not safe Do not live here!!! The only reason you should live here is if you have an income under $15k a year, have 9 kids, and sell/use drugs.
