either Bridget wrote the previous entry or one of her family members did (who live on site) This property even, with this new owner, is the WORST in San Marcos. The new owner lives on site and his apartment is one of the nastiest on site !!! He keeps his blinds open so everyone can see. Bridget, the manager, never even worked a full day until this new owner moved on site ! A coworker of mine that had an appointment to see an apartment a while back said Bridget showed her the apt. in her damn pajamas !! Yes..the owner is painting....THE Stair rails !!! That's like cleaning the floor of the restroom but leaving the toilet funky ! This place is laughable....and I pay my rent...which is why I was able to move to a much nicer property where sparks don't fly out of the breaker box when the A/C flips the breaker in the middle of the night. The make ready is horrible !!! So..if you are desperate and have to move in...do yourself a favor and rent your own shampooer from H.E.B. Living here was a good experience..in that it has provided us with alot of funny stories (Bridget's hillarious "illiterate" memos) and has made us so much more thankful to live in a good, decent apt. home. Be carefull...read the police reports from the area, also, before you move in. They cannot be doing criminal background checks on these tenants ! I've talked with a few deputies and this place is notorious ! Take a look....it will be obvious !

NO it was not Bridget Or a family member on site I am a tenant and I love it here and if what you say is true why dont you say who you are instead of being Anonymous- let tenants that like it here and like the chamges know your name or what apartment you use to live in.
