I just recently moved here and was reading comments on the previous manangement. It almost made me not move here. But meeting new management changed my outlook on things. People grow up and move on, life sucks handle it with courage not bashing everyone else. I like the manager and the tenants. She has saved my behind when no one else accepted me because of my two wonderful animals. She was on top of things from the get go and is friendly and always willing to help others in need. If you don't know her get to know her and make your stay a nice and pleasant one. I like the area close to everything, and my neighbors are nice. Everyone seems pleasant and I feel comfortable. So kuddos to the improvements and I am glad I picked this place.

it's great she is pet friendly...but the property shouldn't look like it's only up to canine standards.

i love my apartment. Its great and it up to my standards not my dogs. I have new carpet because the old one was not up to par, its big and the price is not bad. The property is getting better and better, people's eye's dont widen any more when they hear I live here. If people gave it a chance, they would see how hard the employees work and how super friendly they are. I feel at home and will remain here till my house is built. She works with people not against people. If you have a problem, approach her and work it out. When the lines communication are open, life is easier. Kuddos to all.

if it is so great then why is it now on the verge of being condemed my friend went to manage it recently and she quit because of the condition and the people and my guy friend has just went over there to fill in as matainence and he has to bring a knife because of squatters. my apartment complex recently bought it. The place is like A poor persons palace.

"anonymous" is right...this is DEFINITELY a poor man's paradise......EVERYTHING about this complex sucks! We dont have a manager to say "thats our manager", so..i dont understand how someone can like this place?
