DEBATED ON LIVING HERE WENT TO VIEW APT. MET MANAGER APARTMENTS HAD GROSS CARPET AND RAGEDY OUT-OF-DATE APPLIANCES MANAGER WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL ACTED LIKE SHE WAS SELLING HERSELF ("WHAT A GREAT MANAGER SHE IS") INSTEAD OF SELLING THE PROPERTY. THE PROPERTY HAS ONE MAINTENANCE MAN...THAT'S IT..EVEN WITH THE APARTMENTS NEEDING AN INCREDIBLE AMOUNT OF WORK. DECIDED TO GO ELSEWHERE GOOD LUCK PEOPLE.

These reviews trip me out ! As a previous tenant under previous management..and a possible return tenant I don't understand how anyone can not see the improvements in this property. To name a few : higher guardrails installed, cleaner grounds, patios free of livingroom furniture and debris, etc. This place is also pet friendly w/o weight restrictions. When I met with the manager she was out in the parking lot picking up trash from other people. I missed my move-in date due to life circumstances and the manager has still offered to work with me. Give this place a break...drive through yourself before believing these reviews..this is a great location. I'm sure carpet is shampooed or replaced as needed. Peace !

well, im pretty sure your no hot topic yourself. I am a respectable person and no smelly ass, last i checked. Yeah we have our fuglies but who doesnt. I have lived at the best of the best in san marcos, and believe me we have fuglies everywhere. How do you now the manager is on crack and a ho, are you a dealer in disguise and we are going to have to report you, or a night crawler peeping to see the action. HHHMMMM makes me wonder. And how do you know what smell homeless ladies ass smells like, looks like you have some issues on your hand. That is kinda gross smelling homeless ladies asses. Looks like someone needs to manage their time better if you have time to know what that smells like. I have said my peace and now Im going to make a shower to make sure I dont smell. And before you get smart on your comments, realize, your choices in words weren't very adult like, so we as people who respond, have to drop to your level and get into your mind set.
