This manager is going nowhere fast. The mangmnt. co. knows she is uneducated and ghetto..but, that's why they keep her. They think she can handle this "ghetto" place. They will correct somethings if you call them on her..but, they know how she is and will just tolerate her until someone better comes along. They see this property as "ghetto" so they've kept her because she is "ghetto". Just pay your rent on time. There's nothing the loser can do to you. If she's rude....let her have it ("ghetto" style will be the best way to get your point across)...there's nothing this reject can do to you. I read ALL the previous posts on Hid. Vil....and I would be so freaking embarassed if I were the manager here...and I would go elsewhere, however, I think this is the best gig this girl's ever had and she has to hold on to it with all she's got or she may end up having to really work out in the real world.
