Not to bad, but not great either

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
It seems that something was always wrong and I was always having to get maintenance to fix something. It was good that this complex had washer and dryer in unit, but only when they worked. Maintenance usually fixed the problems pretty quick. Management was ok, but not the greatest.
