If you would of asked me when I first moved in I would of told you, yeah, this is the best deal in San Marcos. I have sense changed my mind. Although, the price is amazing, the managment sinks the boat.

The apartment complex itself has been recently painted. That was a nice improvement. If the office was actually managed by the maintenance crew this would be the best place in San Marcos. If I had a company I would hire that guy. He is an honest and hard working. Its a shame he has to deal with the office. I have nothing personal against the apartment management. I just feel they should of been able to solve the problem. My roommate and I are now seeking the owner to get this resolved.
