I have lived here for three years and I'm shocked at most of the reviews. My experience has been good all the way around. The management and maintenance is very attentive, always gets things done, and seem to care about the residents and the property. It might be an older property, but it's always well kept. I'd recommend it to my friends and I aleady have!
