I also don't understand all the negative comments. I haven't had any problems. The appliances are old, but for the rent price... it doesn't bug me, I'm happy to have a washer and drier in my place. Any problems I've had with anything have been fixed the same or next day. It's a cheap and low key place that's not too noisy. Nothing fancy, just a place that works... nice carpet, new blinds, new paint... enough to be nice.
