I would like to stress a few major drawbacks:
First, WATCH where you walk. The ground is litter with piles on piles of dog crap. Few people at best picked up after their pets so don't plan on using any of the grassy areas!
Second, the windows in our apartment leaked something horid, from noise to cigarette smoke from outside.
Third, note that they like to brag about their great views, only a handful of building have nice views. Mine was facing the parking lots with THREE dumbsters and the very tacky apartments that surround this property.
And my last MAJOR issue is safty. After living here for four months my roomate was attacked in the on-site laundrymat which amounted to a robbery gone bad then he smashed her head into the dryer and ran out. I don't blame the apartment complex for the event but since they DID NOT install a limited access system or other method to increase safty for this room showed their disinterest in the matter!
The apartments overall are nice but do take note especially of the last one if you take safty seriously like we do. Also for the money you can do alot better around town especially for 20 dollars more.
