This apartment experience has been a disaster. The maintance is horrible. When I moved in my apartment wasn?t painted, the carpet looked like crap, black huge stains everywhere. They told me that somehow my apartment got "overlooked" with all the so called kaos. Yet they never fixed it. There are wasp nests in my patio. Supposedly they didn?t have a copy of my key, so they couldn?t get in to fix my problems. Yet they never told me this problem of not having a key until around a month or so later after the complaints. There are piles and piles of dog doo everywhere. When they mow, it just balls it up with grass, so it is like a ball of poop with grass all over it. The laundry facility takes your money and the office sure won?t help you with that. It is supposed to be gated, however I never recieved a code or card, but I guess it doesn?t matter because the gates stay open 24/7, so what is the use. My pool key doesn?t work. I am guessing the walls are thin, because I can hear every move the person above me makes. I can even hear them go to the restroom. I can hear the music and talking of the people next to me. The office staff is very unprofessional and RUDE. They are not good with following through with requests. They have lied to my face several times. Every time I go into the office they are eating and sitting around. They are very unhelpful and sure don?t earn their pay. The manager stood me up with an apointment that I made to discuss all the "problems" of my apartment. This was my first and last apartment experience, because it has been so horrible.
