DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!
Why' Because a year after you leave, they will say you didn't pay 7 months rent and NEVER send you any correspondence, AND will turn your account over to a collection agency without ANY proof of any debts owed. AND, you have to prove you did pay the rent. Is anyone so stupid as to think you could live there and not pay rent for 1 or 2 months, much less 7, without being evicted' No letters from Hillside and no phone calls, even though I left my forwarding address. If you are currently renting there, GET A MONTHLY RECEIPT and KEEP YOU CHECKS FOREVER.
If you are thinking of renting there, do not. You will be going thru the same nightmare as alot of other people like me are experiencing. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
