They hire a new manager every 4 months, the leasing staff promises to do things and forgets. When you try to confront them about what they had promised you, they will lie to your face and say they never said that. You can't even walk on the grass because of all the dog crap.... The stuff included in your rent never works, and yet they won't take anything off the rent even though your paying for certain items. When you move-out you better make sure you do a walk thru with the mgr. If she will even do it. Please make her because you'll get this huge ass bill saying you owe them one-hundred billion dollars for damages to their crappy apartments. IF THEY TELL YOU SOMETHING GET IT IN WRITING!!!!! RENTERS STAY AWAY......
