This Place looks really nice from the outside, but actually its not that great. Let me tell you, we were having pest problems, just little weevel bugs, so a pest control man came and he found DOG FOOD under the stove and we dont have dogs, that attracted the bugs, so it had been there since the previous or the previous previous people lived here. The carpet looks nice until you walk on it, it was cheap! If you ask me, its an OK place to live but not for the price! A 2 bedroom is running us $920 a month. I think that you can find a 3 bedroom or more for what we pay! If you can bare with that, than go for it. Just to warn you, the manager is a total -----. She is rude and will not even hear you out. She is not a "people person" and you obviously need that to keep your renters. I give the staff an A , they are awsome, its just the manager that you have to watch out for and I am sure that you will have to come in contact with that -----!

Oh yeah, watch out for them, we signed a lease that stated that they would pay the H2O and garbage, BUT, you pay it not the office!
