I lived at Hillside Ranch for almost 2 years in a 2/1. Though the rent was high compared to other properties around it, I liked the layout of the apartment. I always paid my rent on the 1st of the mth and had no problems with the management, untill it was time to moveout. They wanted to charge me for an extra week that I did'nt stay there, but failed to notify me when I was moving out that I would be charged. They were very uncourteous and did'nt care at al since I was no longer a resident there. I was really dissapointed and had to shell out an extra weeks rent just to protect my rental history. I would not recommend anyone to live there (at least with the current management)
