Let me begin by saying, if it weren t for the amazing large one bedroom floor plan, close proximity to campus, and a few other important amenities that are not found elsewhere in San Marcos, I would not be living here. The manager is absolutely unqualified. Manager X is completely incompetent in the business world; she does not know how to handle herself in a professional manner. The Office did not return any of my phone calls. Four calls within a four week period were neglected, even after Manager X herself assured me she would be calling right back. If you want an answer, you have to be a borderline stalker to speak with an actual person. After weeks of ignored phone calls, my boyfriend and I went to speak with Manager X directly. I would not recommend this if you were planning on conducting an adult conversation. She stood up, yelled at us, banged her hands on her desk, all the while we, as potential tenants sat in silent amazement at the way this manager was treating us. She could not accommodate our request, saying, I don t make the rules, I just follow them. Since that was the case, we contacted her regional manager at Pinnacle Management Company. This contact information can be found on their website http://www.pinnaclerealty.com/Main/main.html. Ask to speak with Manager X s Regional Manager, who coincidentally used to be the manager at Hillside Ranch herself. Regional Manager Y was very helpful in accommodating our needs. The girls in the office are nice, and seem to be more qualified to manage the property than Manager X herself. I would recommend avoiding interactions with her at all costs.

she did the same thing to my boyfriend and I!! We had to threaten to get our attorney involved! She is completely rude and I would never want to deal with her ever again!!!
