I think the things that have got such negative ratings are the silliest little things here. I don't understand why people complain about parking permits for residents that are FREE if you pay rent! There is visitor parking for friends, and I don't ever have to park 3 buildings down from my place because of non-residents parking there. The office staff has been great working with me and have cut me a lot of slack on late water payments! The complex is super quiet, well-kept, and I never have a problem catching the bus right out front! My apartment hasn't had any issues, and things like bug problems and such are usually a result of a messy apartment not a sub-standard complex! This is the best quality apartment I've lived in in San Marcos so far, and I have no complaints other than rent is a little pricey and there are some annoying bumps and holes in the parking lot! I was shocked when I saw the 32% recommended thing on here, but only until I realized that people normally only come on here when they have stuff to ----- about. Bottom line: great place to live!
