I would have to say the best reason to live here would be its close proximity to the University, which makes it an easy walk. It also just so happens the campus loop bus -which has stops all around the campus- stops directly in front of the complex, that was great for when I broke my foot. Other than that I dont see any reason why anyone should rent here. They dont prorate; I had to pay a full months rent for less than two weeks of a month. Their billing system with the water bill is outrageous, very rude employees, and I do agree with the other guy, the brunet is the worst of them all. The only employee that I do like is the white maintenance guy, he has always been reliable and convenient. The worst for me was the internet, they use time warner internet business class which is horrible. I'm a really big computer geek and having a cap of 220 kbps is horrendous. They block ports so you cant do file transferring. Plus at least once a month for some unknown reason the internet will go out at night, which is a pain if you have an online job like me. I do have to disagree with the parking permits though, as I live in an apartment close to the street. Before they had the permits, it was almost impossible to get parking during the day because commuters would park here instead of buying a permit on the campus. This did open up more spots during the day.
There was only one reason why I moved here, it was all that was left in mid August.
