I have lived at hillside ranch apartments for about two years and I have absolutley loved them, until now. They used to have a helpful office staff, but now they have a new manager named Jody, and she is completly awful! She is very rude and not helpful at all with residents needs. Shes unprofessional and blatently rude to residents. I totally agree with all of these negative responses here. The office doesnt care anything about the residents. They have a towing policy enforced that is meant to keep students who don't live there from parking and walking/taking the bus to school from the complex. However they TOW THEIR OWN RESIDENTS over and over and do nothing about it. They do not care whether you live there and you get towed, they are simply too lazy to come up with a better policy. In short, the office manager is terrible and they do nothing to make anyone want to live there!

If you dislike the place so bad you should move. The towing policy is for the benefit of the residents. If you have your pass showing then you won't be towed.

The things this person is describing is right on point. This place used to be great, but now terrible. People who defend the management have obviously never had any payment issues or their car towed, because they are far from helpful . They give you flimsy plastic passes to hang on your window, and they fall off all the time when you have your windows rolled down. What kind of apartment complex allows their own PAYING tenants to get towed and do nothing about it?
