This place is perfectly placed for students. 10 min walk to the Quad. 10 Min walk to the Gym. The pool is always clean and is well kept. Most people that live here respect each other and keep quiet at night. The staff will work with you on any and all issues. They go out of their way to make you happy. The maintenance team is excellent and even has a member that lives on the property. If you have an issue it will be fixed.

Yes in some circumstances, but this is a place of business not a parent child relationship. The new management lacks a proffesional aspect to it completely. When your paycheck depends on the residents at your complex, I would think you would want to please people and not have petty little battles with virtually every single resident over silly crap that could easily be fixed if the management wasn't so lazy. The complex is loosing popularity as well as current residents right and left and its because of their poor business practices and customer service methods.
