I have lived at Hillside Ranch for two years. My first year during 2007-2008, was flawless. The management was good with the residents, and the maintenance was always on top of the problems. One month, my roommate was a day late on rent because he was out of town, and they were totally cool with him. Of course I was going to sign a new lease. But now the management has changed, and unfortunately they are pretty bad. The head manager is rude and very condescending to the residents. I don't even feel comfortable going into the office because when I have a problem or a question I know they will only make excuses. One morning recently, a pipe broke in my bathroom, spewing water all over. I went to the office to report it, but it was closed until late afternoon for their lunch break. What kind of office closes for three hours for lunch on a week day' The towing is terrible. It's just not right when those guys are out there towing from a virtually empty parking lot over Christmas break and Easter weekend. There was never a problem with parking, and for some reason this new management needs to make more money by taking a cut from a towing company. I really liked the complex, but the way things are run now is just sad. Don't make the mistake of living at Hillside. It's way overpriced, unfriendly, and there's a good chance of your car being towed because I know countless residents who had had their flimsy car tags blow off their mirror only to find their car gone the next morning.

I totally agree!!! I live here but I am definately not resigning because the management is horrible now and the way they run their business is unprofessional, not to mention unethical.
