Take pictures of your apartment when you move out because they will steal your deposit. It will be dirty when you move in and all of the sudden when you move out they are charging you for things like cleaning air conditioner vents when it had obviously never been done before. They will take your pet deposit and then charge you for cleaning the carpet, etc.

That woman who manages it now will lie to your face and rip you off when you move out. More often than not you will find her and her drunk husband in the hot tub (when it's working), which is a sight you do not want to see. The groundskeeping is a joke, and you will always get notes from the management griping everyone out and threatening lease violations.

Keep your drapes closed because that is where they just caught the peeping tom taking videos of girls through their windows. Obviously it is not very secure there. The street noise is loud and you can get a much better deal these days elsewhere around town.
