I recently moved from Langtry after 5 1/2 years, and I loved it. The apartments are large and the fact that there are 2 bathrooms is great.
The grounds are picked up daily and landscaping is nice.
Management and maintenance are courteous and helpfull. During the summer when there are a lot of move outs and move ins maintenance is a little slower than normal but if you have an emergency you can always reach someone... we have even gotten the manager to help with problems late at night until the maintenance man arrived.
The rent is reasonable for the size of the apartment, parking isn't too bad. Noise isn't too bad, but this is a college town so there will always be traffic on the roads late at night!
Would I recommend this place' Definitely!!
Check it out for yourself. I think you will definitely like living there.
