It really is a good place to live. I like all the people here and the management is really cool. the manager and her husband had a barbg for us before school started and it was so great. i made a couple of new friends to go party with. Evn though it is in the middle of all the parties, it is very nice and peaceful here. The pool and hot tub are always clean. I see some trash occassionally on the grounds but it is always picked up daily. We just got parking permits so that we all have a place to park. the nice thing is there is a lot of guest parking in the back and we dont have to bother with guest permits. This is my second apartment in SM. and I have decided I will stay here until i graduate. If it aint broken don't fix it... well if its a good place to live.. then stay with it.
