I have lived here at Langtry for 2 years now and have had an good/and bad time.
1. The rent for the place is great. I currently have a huge two bedroom/bathroom which is a perfect roomate plan. And i got to get a payment plan for my pet deposit.
2. The new managment, while young, is okay. You just have to tell them twice about something which can get annoying.
3.The AREA is shady. My roomates car got stolen!
4.Our apartment got flooded due to the neighbor above/across me overloading her washer, and while the carpets were getting fixed the carpet person left the door wide open and our cats got out. Luckily they were recovered, and the manager at the time came all the way back from Austin to help she is amazing.

So besides the unfortunate serious of events, if you are a college student who wants a huge place for little price This is great. And the neighbors are quite, which is surprising and wonderful.

I do recommend this place!
