It's a really big apartment for a really low price.. but you get what you're paying for. When we picked which apartment we wanted in the complex we picked one that we were told was getting new carpet.. we move in and the carpet is old and whoever cleaned it took the cabinet doors out of the kitchen, put them on the floor and painted over them right onto the carpet.. so we had little paint squares everywhere. The appliances are very old. Our washer was a little broken and that little problem soon turned into a big problem and it overflowed all the way into our living room. We were hoping at this point they would finally replace the carpet, but they just used a shop vac to suck the water up. They needed to get a new piece to completely fix the washer and never got it. The dishwasher barley worked. You have to pretty much completely pre-wash your dishes first. Nobody seemed to clean up after their dogs either, there was dog poop everywhere. Other than all of that it was kind of nice to have such a large apartment for so cheap, and for the first time I had neighbors that actually spoke to me. The lady that works the office is really nice and laid back.
