I have lived here over a year and really like it. It has a great location and though the apt is pretty small it is ergonomic. I still have plenty of storage. The walls are very thick and you can't hear outside really. But the insulation around the door and windows is old and so that's probably where stuff is lost. The office is pretty unaware about what goes on since they are managing such a big place and the people really don't get off their wide ass to look. so you can have whatever you want pretty much on the porch and do whatever you want. It's really laid back here. You're appliances may be from 1972 though.
Really nice for the price.
