Move to this apartment complex if you don't care about your life. This place is old, and when I said old, I mean OLD. Since the first day we moved in, the AC unit gave us trouble. It kept leaking and leaking, without us even turning the AC on. The Maitenance staff was very slow on responding to fix the issue and the management's promise of replacing the unit was never done. It stayed as a promise. Until the last day when we moved, the AC was never repaired, it kept leaking, and the staff never cared. The location (3 blocks from campus) is very convenient, but it's not worthed all the trouble we went trought. The office staff and management are far from being professinal. A 2 yr old will probably do a better job. Of course if you like pets, but don't have one, don't worry, you'll have pleny of them once you move. The place is infested with roaches and other bugs, and once again, if you want them to be taking care of, you better learn how to do it yourself. The management and office staff will not move a finger, but will tell you it will be taking care of
