One semester was enough for me to leave that place. Les Chateaux's lack of professional staff and the continuous laundry room's vandalism was more than enough reason to move as soon as the semester was over. One time I called the office management in regards to clothes being thrown out of the washer and dryers, but they said it was a residents' issue and thus the management had nothing to do about it. In other words, anyone can vandalize other people's property without getting in trouble. That lack of concern made me think about the safety of my girlfriend and me.
It seems that the leasing management and staff are there just to charge rent and then they become invisible.
