I moved in here last year (my last year of college). My experience was so-so. I did like the location (could walk to campus very easily). But...when I moved in, it was still dirty! There was pubic hair in the tubs and bathroom floor and there was tons of hair in the vanity drawers. The place smelled like a freshly painted ashtray. My water heater broke twice and I called mgmt. The first time, they came out and I guess just half-ass repaired it. The second time: same thing. The 3rd time: they gave me a new one. I had to take freezing cold showers or warm up hot water. Seriously. Overall, it was just ehhh....not recommended. You get what you pay for. 475 with cable, internet and phone for a one bedroom...I guess is pretty good.
