Cute one bedrooms available. Nice living so close to school, and it is on the other side of the college (top of Sessom) and right down the street from HEB. You can walk to school, the store, the square, a couple of banks and the post office. It worked well for me, seeing that I have no car!
If you want a nice cozy place to live, close to pretty much everything and if you have a car or not, move in!

This reeks of a management-generated review. I lived at Lindsey Oaks fifteen years ago (I'm now at Highcrest and love it), and the Skiles company was just as much a group of slumlords then as they, unsurprisingly, appear to continue to be. I have never so thoroughly despised a group of people in my life. The guy in charge was the absolute worst, but the front desk staff weren't much better. They were so unfair, unresponsive, condescending, irresponsible, rude,...that I would not soon run out of adjectives on the extreme negative end of the spectrum if I wrote for another hour. Oh, and no, I was not a bad tenant. I paid rent on time always, I kept my place spotlessly clean, and did not make any noise. In some of the reviews on this site, I've seen management sometimes respond with accusations that those giving them bad reviews were probably bitter, horrible tenants. Anytime you see management replying to reviews with accusations of the reviewer along those lines, you can pretty well guess it's just a cheap shot to divert attention from what is more than likely the absolute truth about their rotten ways.
