I would never ever live here again! I regret signing a year lease. The people that live here in this very small community suck as well, if you don't follow what they like you better watch your car!! They said they lived here for many years and say they "run" this place. Not only that, don't expect help of any kind from the management company SKILES MANAGEMENT, they suck too!!!!! I have had several maintenance issues that have taken a while to fix, further I have MOLD growing in my closet and all they did was simply paint over it, ignoring the regrowth, not to mention hazards. I really wish I could move out!! It is horrible, and if you are here to focus on school, don't even think about it...with the maintenance problems and noisy cocky bastards living here you won't get peace of mind to focus on work. It's soooo horrible here, it's not worth the location!!!!
