Too loud, never fix anything

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
I only lived at Meadows for a same time. And they never fixed anything. The appliances were old and not always working, the carpet was old, the walls looked like they were just painted over and over each time. There was alot of parking though, and the size was pretty big. Lots of windows.
