I chose to live by myself and got an effeicency apt that I really like. Management seems nice although they recently changed people and didn't tell anyone. The apartment is the perfect size for 1 person. Maintenance is better now that there is new management, they come out usually the next day. My AC has needed to be fixed twice but works fine now. The stove sucks because the big burner burns really hot and the small ones burn cool. Parking is usually fine unless there is a party (Fri and Sat evenings most weekends). The pool has been renovated and looks great. I would live here again but I just graduated and I'm moving on...
