Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
I have lived at the Meadows for 2 years and have just signed another year lease. The rent is very low, with many bills included (internet, cable, phone line), and water is allocated and very cheap. It is extrememly close to the Texas State campus and a nice community. My dog loves the courtyard areas! While the Meadows may not be the newest, most upscale apartments in San Marcos, I would highly recommend them. The staff is helpful and friendly, as are maintenance (though we miss Amil). A
