This is the worst place I have ever lived. There are very few good things about this place. Parking is pretty good, unless you're a visitor. the people who live there are pretty cool, except a few people. I would say having your own bathroom in the 2/2 is good, except I wouldn't know. I turned in a maintenance request the first day I moved in and I couldn't use my shower until one month before I moved out. Teh maintenance is horrible, but with management like that, I guess it is to be expected. I would not recommend living here at all. Everything breaks, my ceiling fan fell down and it was never fixed and I had to pay for it. Another good thing is that the cops don't come out too often, except for the "courtesy officer" who lives there and drinks and smokes with underage kids. Not a great place to live, I think I would rather live in a van down by the river.

The maintenance can be a little slow you just have to be pretty presistent with them. They get so swamped you have to go remind them that your stuff needs fixing. There is only 1 maintenance guy and 1 manager for the entire complex. They have alot on their plate
