Mosscliff is nice place, but kinda old. The prices are worth it for the 3 and 4 bedrooms, however, one person must deal with a small room with no window. The living areas are large compared to some apts. The maintenence guy was great, he always came right away. We saw him alot though, they are old apts and things broke all the time. The manager was just ok, maybe not the smartest person they ever hired and not so reliable, but she stayed out of your business. I really enjoyed the other residents, it has a very friendly atmosphere. The pool's ok, not always clean. It's right next to the university shuttle and a mile away from the campus commuter parking. Parking for residents is never a problem, but visiter parking can get a little tight, and towing is enforced.
Over all, I would definitly recommend Mosscliff for people looking for 3 and 4 bedroom apts, it definitly make the $$ worth it! It's a great college apartment for people on a budget.
