Pros:
-SUPER AWESOME AMAZINGLY NICE LANDLADY!!! she's VERY understanding when finances are tight and works with you. she's really, really, REALLY nice.
-on-site courtesy officer
-nice neighbors
-well-kept 8-ft deep pool with grassy area for picnics and grilling
-pets allowed!
-apartments have lots of windows so they're bright and clean
-LOTS of parking
-efficient and fast maintenence
-nice apartment layouts
-laundry on site
Cons:
-HIGH electric/water bill
-front parking lot floods easily
-right in front of Zeta house (could be a pro, depending on who you are)
-old appliances
-not close to campus, but we are on the bus route
