People who move to Mosscliff tend to stay at Mosscliff because it's so different from most of the Party-Hard, random roommate leasing style of renting here in San Marcos. Don't get me wrong, Mosscliff doesn't frown on having fun, but it's generally nice and quiet around here.
A good atmosphere for serious upperclassmen and grad students.
Mosscliff has a small pet friendly environment, and nieghbors will watch out for your pets as well...If your little chihuahua is lost, it is probably getting fed brisket down by the barbeque pits by your nieghbors;)
Best pool in town. 8 Feet deep and about 16 yards long, great for laps and workout, volleyball net too.
