I've never lived in such a quiet community in San
Marcos. The staff is very friendly, and they have a courtesy officer.
There is a fabulous pool and BBQ pits. The grounds are well kept. It IS
an older complex so stuff does occasionally break. The maintaince isn't
bad but sometime you do have to be proactive ie check back with the
manager. I absolutely loved my time there!

just the kind of crap you can expect from this dump. the manager is a stuffy, DUMB old bag who pretends to be you're best friend but is really just a moneygrubbing dirtbag.

I happen to be one of those residence that posted a good review! I happen to love it here as well as many of the others and find it sad that so many pathetic losers have nothing else to do but go on an Apartment hunting site and bash them in mass responses! That means you nun! Anybody who looks can tell that you have done most of the negative responses on here. If you are angry with how you were treated at some point say so! but keep it to one or two responses instead of trying to make the place sound like sh^& just because you are and angry sad little loser with nothing better to do that sit in front of your computer all day and try to sabotage apartments. Hell, half of you negative people who are just talking crap about how many good reviews there are probably don't even live here! If you did you would know why there are so many! I sick of people just being evil to others just to get their kicks! GET A LIFE!

I happen to be one of the residents that posted a good review as well. Funny how most of the negative responses come from "Anonymous." I have lived here almost 5 years now and have never had too much of a problem with the manager, or staff. Yes, sometimes you have to be proactive in getting stuff done, but after all the other dumps I have lived at in the past, if that is the worst thing I can think of, I think this place is doing all right.
