I am helping my daughter look for an apt. and thought I would use these reviews; but these are so obviously fake. 4 or 5 reviews on the same day' - all positive' Most positive reviews are from either anonymous or a yahoo addres' Come on. I don't know if Mosscliff is OK, but their ethics stink.

I figured that was what happened with the timing of the reviews, but this complex is NOT what I was expecting to move into. Loud neighbors, parties, bugs, poor construction, and unkempt grounds. 91% is way too high for this place.

The reviews do seems a bit strange, I can imagine. What happened was the old manager asked a few of the long term residents to post reviews on this website when we payed rent, so we did. She did not ask us to post good or bad reviews, but left that part up to us. I personally have lived at mosscliff for 5 years and have had (for the most part) a wonderful time here. Its a small community with several people who have stayed here long term so it has become almost like a neighborhood full of friends. Neighbors are pretty friendly and respectful. It is safe, and neighbors do look after one another, which as a woman, is a nice thing to have. There have been a few changes here over the last few months. We have a new manager, who is pretty nice, but a no-nonsense type of lady. Our old manager was nice and would put up with a lot more than she should have. For some, that has been a change that has not come easily. We also have a new maitanence guy who seems pretty friendly, but obviously has more work than he can get to, for the time being until he catches up. We are all dealing with these changes but I would still say that Mosscliff is a great place to live. I have lived their twice, a really decent place. The occasional party did not bother me, liked having access to the buses also.
