We just signed our third lease with Mosscliff Apartments in San Marcos. I shopped around this area and found the rates at Mosscliff to be better than other complexes for larger size units. Management offers free cable and monthly coupons for free pizza, which were incentives for us to sign another lease. They have a security guy who checks the property, as I have seen him at night walking around with flashlight in hand. There is outdoor lighting in the parking lot and lights mounted on several of the buildings, so I feel safe at night.
When we moved into our unit almost two years ago, it was clean. Management was good about checking with us to see if we needed any repairs as were filling out the move-in check list.
I can't believe residents who aren't aware that you need a parking sticker for your vehicle. Several times management has put notices on the doors concerning the need to have current parking stickers to avoid being towed. Just read your notices.
Our utility bills are lower here than the last place we rented in San Marcos, and this unit is somewhat larger.
We had problems with with our dishwasher and refrigerator last fall, and management took care of the problems right away. I've lived in other complexes and had to wait for repairs, but Mosscliff has been good about following up in a timely manner. I have no problems renting here, and I would recommend Mosscliff to people as a place to live.
