My name is Ashley and my husband and I just moved back to Mosscliff to return to school. We are really excited. The apartment we moved into has new carpet and when the dishwasher stopped working they bought us a new one. The pool looks great and is right next to our unit. I am always able to find parking near our building unlike my last apartment complex in Austin. The apartments are on the bus route to TxState which was a big perk for us because we don't want to both have to buy a parking permit for school. I feel safe in the complex and on the street walking my dog at night and early in the morning. We signed our lease right before they changed the size limit on pets and we were still able to bring our dog who is 40 lbs. The dog fees aren't bad. There are people saying that the electric bills are really high and that was true when I lived here in 2006 but the bill this summer was 1/2 for the same size apartment! The manager is really easy to talk to and the maintenance man gets things done really fast.
