For a college apartment it is what you'd expect... paper thin walls, ridiculously loud parties, no parking, and management taking advantage of naive students. Since they are new, they aren't too bad, but it will be a dump in a few years. Everything is so cheap (ex: we only had half the screws in all our ceiling fans so they always made banging noises and looked like they were about to fall). We had several issues with management and maintenance. Plan on them not ever being around when you need something, but you can bet they'll come find you when they decide they want to threaten to fine you for some random thing (like cigarette butts on the ground). The weight room equipment is always broken and the tanning bed bulbs never get changed. People aren't very friendly and the staff thinks they are high and mighty! It's a fairly decent price and the apartment is okay sized, but seriously, you will hear EVERYTHING that your neighbors do... especially above! I would definitely say get the top floor if you plan to lease here... and ask to see an actual unit, not just the picturesque model in the office.
