i moved in when they were still working on them. they lady that leased me lied to me alot and basically told me what i wanted to hear just to get me to sign. they were very fast to reply to my work orders. i used the tanning and theatre room with no problems ever (i was never refused). anytime i had a problem, it was fixed and the office was very polite and called me by name. i only had a problem with ants, they guy came out fast but put bait (a sugar substance') by the windows and in the bathroom. (they were NOT sugar ants-i think i know the difference!) and when i came back from break, my room had more ants than when i left! so i had to scrub all that paste from everywhere. they always played loud music @ the pool durring finals and midterms to where i could not even concentrate. one of the staff accused me of having a cat(i am allergic) and tried to charge me a fine, but when i went to complain, the red haired manager dropped the charges. they always had free refreshments and pizza. it was a hassle to rent equipment for the games b/c they had to be checked back in before noon. after i cleaned the aptmt, i still had to pay cleaning fees and such. but every place i have stayed in has done this to me.
overall i would prob. stay in the place again if they lowered the rent.
