Maintance staff is shoddy and the pricing is subjective. Also, just because you sign for an apartment doesn't mean you'll get it. I signed for a spot overlooking the volleyball court and pool, and got moved last minute to a place overlooking the road, away from everything. No reimbursement for it, either. Nothing even remotely close.
